Our stuffed dried aubergines are collected after the tip flower of the black aubergines grown in Antep has fallen, the insides are thoroughly removed and strung on strings. We do not add pesticides or additives, we dry it for days without burning it in the morning and afternoon sun, and bring it to your table.
